Optical Mark Recognition Form Scanning
Functionality is now available in SDMS V Staff Development where specially designed Evaluation Forms can be scanned in using Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) technology.

Once these forms are scanned, an import process can be used to take the data from the scanned forms and directly update the responses in the SDMS V Evaluation Manager .
SDMS Ltd have worked specifically with DRS OMR scanning hardware and software to design the Evaluation Import. The import is capable of taking data into the evaluation responses from any CSV or fixed width text file format, which most systems would be capable of producing.
Bespoke Services
SDMS Ltd also offer Bespoke Design of Evaluation Forms to work with the DRS Scanners. The forms will be designed to match the Question Set in SDMS Evaluation Manager or with new question sets. The Import will also configured to bring in data from the forms.
