SDMS On Line Meeting and Training Connection Guide

SDMS On Line Meetings and Training Sessions use Citrix GoToMeeting™ one of the world’s leading Technology Companies. You will need access to the Internet in order to access the GotoMeeting™ website which supports a secure PC-to-PC connection so we can share the PC display of the Trainer. Please phone SDMS Sales and Business Development on +44 (0)1952 200911 and they will put you in touch with the designated Trainer. He or she will talk you through the following Guide.

• Step 1 Go to http://joingotomeeting.com/ website.

• Step 2 Type in the Meeting ID which will be given to you by SDMS and click the Continue Button under the Meeting ID field.

• Step 3 You may be asked to confirm that the download can take place. Click Yes to confirm.

• Step 4 It will start downloading the GoToMeeting software and Once the software is downloaded, it will attempt to connect to the meeting. This may take a few minutes.

• Step 5 Enter your name and email address.

• Step 6 The Online Training Session will now begin!
