Prospective Player Records:
The Scouting Module provides records of personal details for all prospective players - Names, Addresses, Telephone Numbers, Parents/Guardians and Schools attended. Initial Contacts and Registration Details, First Season, Age Group, e.g. Under 16, Type of Player and Position, Current Club, whether ‘distance rules applies’ together with Scout and Agent. A comprehensive database of all Schools in the locality can be set up with Name, Address, Contacts, Telephone Numbers and Youth Players attending the School. Match Assessment History, Appearance, Selection and Substitution can be recorded for each prospective player together with Scores, Match Discipline Issues and Post Match Assessments.
Match Details and the Opposition:
The Software allows comprehensive details to be held on the match and circumstances the scouted player is assessed for. Environmental conditions such as surface and weather together with the strength of the opposition may all effect the overall scouting judgement and player performance including where the opposing players are particularly strong. The match assessment component of the module can also be used for pre-match opposition analysis at all levels outside its scouting function.
Reports, Photos, Videos:
SDMS V Scouting allows the team formations played to be held in the Match Record as well as photographical or video snapshots to support the written scouting assessments.
